Punch me in the face??

So i had cause to call Vodafone Customer Care this morning  and was merrily humming along to the hold music, when suddenly I thought I heard the words "punch you in the face".

I believe the song is called "Cool By Association" , and a quick search of the lyrics confirms that is what I heard!

"Is it your intention to be driving me insane

Cause I just want to punch you in the face!"

I'm sure it wasn't intentional but is this really the message Vodafone want to send to their customers?
