Roaming in Russia

Hi, I have a Turkish number on a Turkish phone, currently located in Russia. I need to receive an sms from from my bank account to verify my account but I cant, 

My Turkish phone with Turlish Vodafove sim card connected to a Russian mobile operator called MTS, but does not receive sms sent by the Bank.  I cannot get answer from Vadofone from their hotline. I guess maybe my roaming options are blocked. I dont have a mobile application and personal account in Vodafone either.  Maybe you could help me?

You  are going to need to ask your service  provider, Vodafone  Turkey this question on this link: Vodafone Turkey  you are posting on the Vodafone UK forum. 

When you speak to your network, they may well advise that this is a restriction by the bank sending OTM's to prevent fraud on the Russian network.

I appreciate your issue with this @Maryana 

Many countries use the Vodafone name but are not linked.

The Vodafone UK Team here will not have access to the account of another countries Vodafone I'm afraid.
