Ok so just a rumour at the moment and one of many but it's interesting to watch these rumours to see what does appear when the iPhone 7 is discussed in Apples Keynote in September 2016.
Will a jump from 2Gb (iPhone 6s & iPhone 6s Plus) to 3Gb of Ram that people will notice ? Possibly gamers yes but the typical user not so much IMO. It will help with new features in iOS 10 and future iOS updates.
I'm using the iPhone 6 Plus with 1Gb of Ram and I do not see any issues. Saying that I'm not on iOS 10 yet.
In regards to Specifications does the amount of Ram play a defining factor when your choosing a new smartphone ?
