Hello,
I have won the Sony Xperia Z5 and Sony Action Cam Mini in the SPECTRE - Vodafone Cinema Competition, but I haven't received it yet, neither got an email confirming this and I cannot find a phone number to ask "vodafone" about this.
Has anyone got any idea regarding this?

Hi
Look in the T&C to see if their is a timescale / procedure to supply your prize. Their maybe something in the notification you've been sent to advise you that you have won. Check any spam style email boxes.
If not then perhaps speak to Customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

Thanks for the response.I have looked all over and there is nothing relative to that in the T&C or somewhere else.
191 demands a vodafone number so to make a connection with the appropriate department and live chat is offline days ago 😛
There is no email and no actual number for complaints or general info.
I will just have to wait fot the live chat to come online or write an actual letter to them.
I suppose the "ambasator" took the winning ticket and the reward for herself.

You could try Contract Customers : Tel :03333040191
You can input your Vodafone mobile number after prompted when using the Landline phone option, OR if issues exist where the IVR System will not recognise the mobile number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts to type in the mobile number, and then on approx the 4th request it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.

Yes this is the competition.
I wasn't informed by telephone or email.
I won it on the spot, in the cinema and was told by the "ambassador" I will get a confirmation email the following day and receive the phone by postage.
Neither of these ever happened.

7. If your scratch card has a prize, you need to hand it to the Ambassador immediately. The Ambassador will then open the safe and give you the prize stated on the scratch card. You will then need to confirm to the Ambassador that you have received the prize. Ambassadors keep a record of winners.

This won't be something Vodafone will be able to help you with.
You would have been given a scratchcard which would have needed to be scratched in front of the Cinema Ambassador at the time. If you qualified for the prize, you should have returned the card to the Ambassador who would have opened the safe and directly given you the prize.
If you did not do this correctly at the time, you may have lost the prize. You could try contacting the cinema and explain the understanding, but if you have left the cinema, you may have a problem proving that you were the original owner of the winning ticket.

OK it looks like I should had been given the prize right away.
The "ambassador" insisted she wouldn't give the prize at that moment and I was going to get it by post further on so they could confirm my address.
I naively trusted her.
