I received a text from "Vodafone" today saying that my bank was unable to process my last payment and provided a link which I assume would enable me to do this. I did not activate this link as my most recent payment cleared my bank account in line with its due date. I assume this is some sort of scam? As others have stated there does not appear to be anywhere on this site were you can report fraud or potential fraud, which I find remarkable given the amount of scamming that is prevalent today.

Cunning these scammers.
If you can take a screenshot from the phone of the text message and put it on the thread Vodafone should look at this as priority.
The numbers Vodafone use are here and it might be worth entering the number on the look up tool just to make sure the text has not come from Vodafone here: Check a Number
