SecureNet is blocking our site zegta.com

Hi I hope you are doing good. Few of our clients are saying that our site is blocked by Securenet. Please take a look at our website zegta.com. There is no any malware found. I checked it on multiple sites. On my deep request if you can please double check and unblock it? Your cooperation will be highly appreciated. Much Thanks Arslan

Its been a week now, I am still waiting for your reponse.

We have a big issue that our site is blocked, obviously whatever we are spending on advertisement, its a straightaway loss for us as customers cant access to our site who have Securenet.

On my deep request if you guys can please take it seriously, check our website again and unblock it.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

I have attached the screenshot. Please check. 

 

The reason why its not showing you anything, because we redirected this URL zegta.com to zegta.co. That's why its no longer showing SecureNet error, coz its redirecting to zegta.co. 

 

Now I just bring the same backup on zegta.com and issue is same. Please visit zegta.com from vodafone connection and you see the error. I have 100% same backup on zegta.co and its working fine on vodafone connection. 

 

For now we shifted our website and portal to zegta.co but its for the limited time so we don't loose our customers. But please understand that our domain zegta.com is very important to us, please remove that block thing from it. I m making you sure there is no malware or anything.

Hi @zegtainc! Thank you for the screenshot. I've checked using my own personal account and I'm able to access zegta.com with Secure Net. The URL in the screenshot above is slightly different to the one we raised (zegta.com/purchasepoint, rather than zegta.com), so I've emailed over your message to the team so they can investigate further and once we have an update, we'll pop back to you here 🙂
