Anyone used a Tesco pay monthly sim in a 4G router? I can use my Vodafone but Tesco won’t work

Using a Tesco SIM card in a router is possible if the router is compatible with the SIM card and the cellular network frequencies that Tesco's mobile service uses. Here are the general steps to use a Tesco SIM card in a router:

Check Compatibility: Ensure that your router is unlocked and compatible with the type of SIM card you have (e.g., micro, nano, or standard size). Additionally, make sure that the router supports the cellular bands and frequencies used by Tesco Mobile in your region.

Insert the SIM Card: Power off the router, locate the SIM card slot, and insert the Tesco SIM card into the slot. Follow any instructions provided in the router's user manual for the correct orientation.

Configure Router Settings:

Access the router's settings page through a web browser. You'll need the router's IP address, username, and password.
In the settings, navigate to the mobile broadband or SIM card section. You may need to input APN settings provided by Tesco. These settings are necessary for the router to connect to the mobile network.
Save the settings and restart the router.
