Hi Mods,
Any way to pass on my thanks to Jasmine in Manchester's manager? She sorted out an issue for me over the past few days and was awesome.
Called me back each time as promised and resolved my issue, The best service I have had from VF CS in a really long time!

Man its their job, ennit 🙂
I appreciate what youre saying here. Like a random thing that shouldnt happen. Remember the monthly bill you get. Dont forget that 🙂
Youre literally blown away by getting a service that should be standard, so no, they dont deserve and medal or a badge, or any kind of social internet trophy, naa.
Like Vodafone helped you, and got something resolved. It couldnt of been very difficult if they managed to fix something.
For your 1 problem that got fixed, theres probably 100,000, that didnt.
I respect your gratitude dude. There should more people like you in life. Youre like me, but over the years, my attitude has well changed.
Youre a top man. Good health and Merry Chrimbo 🙂

This wasn't good service it was exceptional.
I'm the usually the first to call out bad service (occasionally on here) but the agent in question went above and beyond. It's good to remember contact centre teams are often just the go-between, they get verbally bashed day to day when people are unhappy because they're the face of the company and people think it's 'their' fault.
I've worked as a call centre manager and understand how difficult it can be for customers facing employees.
A bit of positive feedback when it's due can make someone's day and feeds into their mid and end of year performance reviews.
Everyone deserves a thank you when it's due.

Nice wise words old chap, good on you 🙂
Im logged into Vista x64 on a Z87 i5 4670K 16Gb of ram at the mo. Anyone whos on that level, i can certainly give them praise thats for sure. Love my comps 🙂
Ive never worked in tech support. Little story though. Say, last Sunday, i did speak to an amazing chap from India, thats right, India.
He must of been the most well spoken, forward thinking indian man ive ever spoken to, who could actually pronouce the English vocabulary better than anyone ive ever listened to on 191, he was a diamond.
We had a laugh. Must of been on the phone for about 1.5 hrs. We never got down to any resovling solution in the end, but our conversation was a good laugh. I let him speak, he let me speak, we giggled. It was controlled and very nice. It felt professional.
He eventually put me on hold for about 5 minutes. I thought he was a gone, but he came back. Pretty sure he tried to get me some free mobile data after all the dyer moments ive had. He had no luck as it was out of his hands, but he did try though. Whos in charge, thats what id like to know.
When we said goodbye, it was a rather nice goodbye, he said bye bye bye, i said, yep, thanks bud, bye bye bye. And that was it. The nicest Vodafone call ive ever had. I never got any resolution, but felt like id had a really nice phonecall with a complete stranger, who sort of got my problems in his head, just couldnt fix them, damn.
Id say that was almost a 9 out of 10 phone call from India. It was the biggest surprise i got in the last 12 months of vodafone calls. When i put the phone down, i felt like id met a new friend.
So praise to prasie when its due. His name was Alchmid i think. Top bloke.
Anyways 🙂

I want to thank Jasmine on behalf of Manchester's management. Is there a way to do that? Over the previous three days, she did a great job of solving a problem for me.
The greatest customer service I've received from VF CS in a very long time, called me back each time as promised, and fixed my problem.
