I just upgraded to the Galaxy s25 ultra. I tried upgrading like 2 weeks ago, but I chose the wrong contract length and had to cancel it. I rang up again to upgrade a week later, but the trade-in wasn't cancelled, so the order wasn't fully closed. They cancelled it, and a day later I upgraded online. I received my phone yesterday, but another one was just delivered today?

As we don't have access to your account here on the Vodafone Community, you'll need to get in touch with our Cancellations/Returns team, so that they can check what happened and to process the return of the duplicate device.
