Vodafone Logo / PNG ?

Anonymous
Not applicable

This post might not be placed in the right place, therefore my apologies.

Although I'm not a Vodafone customer, I have signed up to this forum to receive some help as Vodafone customer support didn't help.

Today, I received two strange emails in which one starts with "Thanks for registering with us" and the second, apparently,, contains the new T&C of the business.

To cut this story short, does anyone recognises Vodafone Logo in the attachment I have posted on here? This is the logo that accompanies both emails received today.

I have never been a Vodafone customer. But my private email address has been used on this occasion and I would like to get at the bottom of this story

If anyone has any clue or can help I would really appreciate it.

If more info regarding the content of the emails endetail,  I shall get back with more details if required.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

I'd say go with your gut feeling and your right to question this communication.

My advice is to not click on anything to do with this or any other emails like this but instead mark them as spam and delete them.

The frustration of being ignored when you want to help it's unbearable.

I wonder, do any of the customers of these companies like Vodafone get any compensation back when they get scammed and hacked into their accounts of any nature?

I bet No

Thanks again

Hi @Anonymous

Vodafone certainly do care, they can't have these scammers pretending to be them.  I wouldn't be surprised if you receive a reply from Vodafone on this thread tomorrow.

Fortunately, you are scam aware, but these scammers probably won't really know who you are, they are just trying it on to see if you bite the bait.

Thanks both of you who have replied to my post.

I do hope Vodafone comes  across this post. Hopefully, they will find the discussion in my chat tonight with Vodafone in which I was advised "to disregard" as a possible glitch?!?

It can't be. Seen from my angle, no way !
