Been trying to reset a forgotten password for over a month now. Keep getting error 500, service unavailable.
Is this going to be fixed? Don't think I will be renewing my subscription as I am unable to even access my account.
In the past when I've had issues with different passwords and logging in on various sites I've cleared my browser cookies and caches and or tried another browser which has helped.
If it hasn't then contacting Customer Services can help.
