Vodafone bulk returns

Hi All,

Any idea how I can buy used/returned phones from Vodafone in bulk?

The goal is the buy them and resell them. Any idea how Vodafone gets rid of its stuff?

I know some of the stuff they resell themselves, I've been researching but I can't find anything
