Vodafone is doing well

Despite the numerous unhappy customers that move in and out of this forum prophesying the imminent demise of Vodafone, the truth is that the network is doing well overall both domestically and financially. It is seeing growth in nearly all of its markets and the share price is going up accordingly.

This is good news because it ensures competition in a market that is showing signs of international merger activity. We now have EE owned by BT and O2 owned by 3. We need an independent alternative and I personally believe that it's a very good thing for us as customers to have a British company as the second largest mobile network in the world.

And you felt the need to post on a thread from 2015 for what reason? Just to make what point given that three years later the network is still here.

Why post on an old thread? Because nothing has changed and Vodafone is still here still lying and cheating customers out of their hard earned cash, being rude and disrespectful, passing them around different agents in 3 or 4 different Countries and back again failing to resolve issues, sending

out hardware to incorrect addresses, saying things have been done when clearly they have not. ruining peoples credit ratings by employing debt collectors where no monies are owed.I could list much more but you will only get bored because you clearly cannot see any further than your nose. As for investing in the Company for your pension or ISA's only a fool would invest anything in it. You seem very good at spouting figures and statistics but don't seem to be able to substantiate them instead you are  just blindly ignoring the facts and defending your own opinion and beleif in this terrible communications not good provider.

If Vodafone was as bad as you make out then this network would be bleeding users to the other networks and theyn wouldn't have over half a million broadband customers.

Of course they get things wrong - sometimes terribly wrong. But what large multi national utility doesn't? You make the classic mistake of assuming that your own problems, or those we see here in this goldfish bowl, are replicated throughout the customer base. They aren't! The overwhelming majority of customers are, like me, perfectly happy with the service they receive. Vodafone is also a great British success story and my goodness do we need one of those t the moment or what? It generates huge revenues for the Treasury and pension funds and fund managers will have invested billions of their pounds inn Vodsfone shares.  Neither I nor my nose need to substantiate anything - the figures are there in plain sight.

What we do here is to try and help individial customers get through the quagmire that is Vodafone while at the same time pointing out the faults to the network and hoping that someone listens and improves the service we all receive.
