Website Restriction Incorrect Classification

We have recently been informed by some of our customers that our website, netta.co.uk, has been mistakenly classified as containing adult content and is therefore being restricted by your services.

I would like to clarify that Netta is a home appliances store, and we do not host or promote any adult content. Our website provides products such as kitchen appliances, home goods, and other related items, all suitable for a general audience.

Could you please review this classification and lift the restriction? We are keen to ensure that all users can access our site without any issues.
