When will my order arrive?

After tracking my phone it says ‘your order is confirmed and we’re getting it ready’ when approximately will my phone arrive? It’s been like this for a while now

Can you check your email a d email spam folder as that would contain tracking numbers so you can check its status once it's in despatch stage.

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can also check for you..

I spoke to someone today they said it’s down to DPD to email me a tracking number and confirm that its on it way, just worried because it’s been ages now 😐 nothing in my spam folder or anything!
