I've been trying over 2 days on 2 computers to access the chat feature on the website and it says 'loading, just wait'. I figure 2 days is long enough to wait. Does it ever work?
It does sometimes work. Yesterday I had no issues with an app, and all day today both ipad, phone app and a computer just stuck on loading. Tried different networks already too.
As @Andy advised, we've had no reported issues with our webchat service @Nichrome. There was a flag ship phone launch yesterday and we were very busy through all our contact channels, so this may have affected your connection.
