Hi, have recently requested a NUC code for my Iphone 6s and a few days later was sent an email saying that i could complete the unlocking by syncing the phone with my itunes acc and / or restoring the software. I was not sent a code. I have tried both syncing and restoring but the phone is still locked and will not take the new sim. Finding it difficult to get any help from Vodafone reps -- would appreciate any help. thanks, S

I had a problem unlocking via iTunes once and it turned out I needed to update to the latest version of iTunes. What current version are you using?
More information about iTunes unlocking is also available here.

Hello @svh
An iPhone is not unlocked via inputting an unlock code but instead is unlocked via Apple and their Database.
Vodafone would email you to confirm it's been requested after accepting your unlock request which I see they have done.
The iPhone isn’t unlocked at this stage.
Apple then can take occasionally approximately up to 30 days sometimes to complete an unlock request made by a Network.
Periodically insert an active Non-Vodafone Sim Card in the iPhone and hook up to iTunes. From the iPhone 5 onwards there's not normally the need to hook up to iTunes to complete the process.
