15% broadband bill increase

My Gigafast bill increased from £28.00 to £32.20 mid of contract. It is 15%. I'm unable to get any answers from India or web bot. No email was sent by Vodafone

 

Could you advise please? Emails, live people, Complaints?

RPI is 4.5%.   

Increase is 15%

Interesting thing.... I was on 18 months contract.

Voodoo finished it on 12 months. Even my email says 18 months.

 

And  LOL. Price plan for new customers now £50.00

 

Now I wonder if they are going to cap speeds

Please do speak with customer services and they'll officially clarify.

We are customers here just like you and the Vodafone Social Media Team's can only access accounts if you contact them via Facebook or Twitter.

I spoke to customer services. And only one explanation I've got - you are out of 18 month contract. It is terminated now on month 12. But we can sign you for same contract for £50 instead of £28 because your plan isn't available anymore

 

Here were no communication from Vodafone about price increase or termination.

 

I want to find complaints email or phone number in UK.

 

I wonder how legal this Voddooo move was.

 

I am aware what you are same people like me. I wish to find anyone who has had similar experience.

 

P.S.: I'm on this forum for 7 years now.

Edit: What plan were you on?

Well. I did complaint.

 

Answer was : you are out of contract, you can terminate at any time, we don't have plan you are on..... Or it is twice more expensive. If you don't like, you can fob off.

 

I'm waiting on my mobile contract to run out. Then likely changing to EE or Sky. Whatever is cheaper
