So wanting to change my broadband to Vodafone, the website Uswitch says I can get Vodafone using my postcode.Thr post office postcode checker as advised by the Vodafone website has my address.
I then go onto the Vodafone broadband order page and the postcode checker is out of date.Weirdly I go to Vodafone mobile site to order a phone and my address is on there.I have spoken via chat to Vodafone who said I cannot get broadband as my address is not there yet I have a contract with Voxi stating my address is there. I am at a loss, is there anyone out there at Vodafone who can help me with this ? ieven tried to get the plug and play option of Vodafone broadband and it says I cannot as my flat doesn't exist yet they bill my every month via Voxi.

Hey @paulditton, I think there's been some confusion over the temrinaology used. It's sounds like your address isn't available to us to provide a broadband connection. I think this is what our agents meant when they said it's not on our system.
