Hello,
On the 20th of November we were supposed to switch brodband provider from TalkTalk to Vodafone Fibre 950.
The router came a few days before the activation date. The day of the activation City Fibre’s engineer come, connected the router and said that in 20 minutes everything should be completed. Nothing happened and I was told customer service to wait until midnight.
Today 30th of November we still have service with TalkTalk, the vodafone account was never activated. I received 5/6 calls from customer service and everytime they ask me to reset the router even if I tell them that we still have connection with the previous provider that we are still paying and that the vodafone online account was never activated.
What should I do? Keep staying in this limbo or just cancel the order with vodafone that is unable to to the switch?
