I recently joined Vodafone broadband. We cannot access ##~##.
can anyone help please.
trying to contact Vodafone direct is hopeless. Waited over an hour on home line after they said waits were 07######### mins
If you are still using the default DNS server, change it to one of the free/public servers... popular choices are:
Google 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199 and Cloudflare 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206 but google 'dns servers' for more to choose from.
I have always used 220.127.116.11 as my primary / 18.104.22.168 secondary and have no trouble connecting to facebook etc.
