Blink doorbell code not received

Hi

I took out home bb and the promo was free blink home security kit which it said would receive a code 21-28 days later after activation but not received it. Ordered bb June, installed after lots of delays Sept first week.

Any idea who I contact about this as code will only be valid until 31.10.24
