We recently transferred to Vodafone after many years with BT. Their service was great but it turned out we were paying far too much. As I was already with Vodafone everything was/is great for me. My wife who is with EE  is very unhappy. When she comes back to the house she has to go right up to the modem to get her phone linked up-and the signal is rubbish-why doesn’t it do this automatically? 
Also I can get Netflix/YouTube etc on my TV no problems. My wife is having trouble on her TV getting and keeping Netflix/YouTube etc. Why is this happening?

My wife wants to go back to BT if things don’t improve☹️
Is there something we need to do to improve things?
