Problem applying for broadband voucher deal from MSE

Hi, 

I’m trying to sign up to the Vodafone fast fibre deal on Money Saving Expert, where you get a £150 voucher a few months down the line. 

I went through the whole application process without any issues, but after I pressed the button at the end to process the order, it came back with a message that “Something’s not right with your personal details”. 
it didn’t give any clues and I couldn’t see anything wrong. 

I called Vodafone customer services earlier to ask for help and the guy I spoke with went through a new application over the phone - exact same details as I entered on the web site, but when he did it directly, it worked. 

I later tried the sales team at Vodafone and they just said to take a screenshot of the error, to complete the application directly on their web site, then to send the screenshot to the promotion company. I’m not going to do this as it contravenes the T&C. 

Finally, I contacted gift cloud (the promoter of the deal), and they said it’s a problem with the Vodafone servers!?! 

Does anyone know how I can actually book this deal??? 

I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge, all with cookies enabled.

You might want to search these forums for Gift Cloud and then make your own decision!

Hmmm…I’ve looked and it’s definitely  cause for concern, so thanks. 

What gives me hope, is the response to the posts on the forums, by Vodafone. 

I think I’ll still take up the offer IF I can go through the application correctly - which obviously I can’t do at the moment. 😬

Here’s hoping that someone from Vodafone can pick this up and investigate this issue, as the current deal expires on 11th September!

I'm afraid nobody from Vodafone will "pick this up", and these offers come and go all the time.

You could try via other comparison sites such as https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/, although the voucher is a little less there.
