Hi
I have recently cancelled my home broadband, was within my 14 days. I have had many disruptions and many sites are blocked. I was told that the services will be cancelled immediately (within 24/48 hours).
Can anyone tell me if this is true? Is there anyway that the disconnection date be extended so that I can find a new service provider otherwise I am left without broadband and home phone line.
Thanks

Usually a person would contact another ISP and ask them to take control of the broadband. This would start the wheels in motion.
As I understand it you've asked Vodafone to cancel which they would do asap as not to let any costs to you run up and ensure its cancelled within the 14 days cooling off period.
If they'll let the disconnection date be moved would be up to customer services. I'd suggest to speak with them asap @HR123
Here is a link that explains and has a link in it to read the Terms and Conditions.
Vodafone will want the router sending back to them too.
