It seems nothing has changed ...I try to pay a new home broadband packages, but for weeks the checkout keeps failing ... it really SUCKS! Get this one sorted!! It's been months ...maybe even years?!!

Use the phone number from the Vodafone ads on the TV, as I had to do. It's much better speaking to someone so if anything is wrong they can actually tell you what it is and work through any solution with you. They'll even match or better the prices from the letterbox junk if you're polite with them.
