So with my BT broadband coming to a close , i am looking for a new provider. So looking at Vodafone it looked cheap for a 500mb connected line. So i put in my Postcode and my address does not appear on the Vodafone Broadband address checker which looks about 12 years out of date. It has addresses from about twelve years ago before the flats where i live were built as previously there was sheltered accommodation on the site before..So the Vodafone website directs you to the Post office postcode finder so where i put in my postcode and the door number and my address is there.
Contacting Vodafone they are adamant my address is not on the system but is amazingly on other companies broadband checkers. If i were to go on to Vodafone mobile website looking to buy a new phone and i get through to the checkout page, I put in my address and then my address appears on their systems and even does a finance check on my address. I even have a Voxi account as my address.
I have even tried contacting Vodafone via web chat and phone with no luck. Anyone got any suggestions as to how to proceed with this?

@paulditton How to proceed? Choose another ISP. If the VF database is so out of date do you really want the stress of getting is sorted out?
