Vodafone Advantage offer not received

Hi I signed up to Vodafone Broadband Pro II via Vodafone Advantage in November.

I registered my NHS Email that then let me register my personal email. Vodafone sent me out an email to sign up to Broadband and that I have locked in my £130 voucher.

So I signed up via the link on the email. Radio silence. 

I contacted chat within my cool off period. Spent around 10 hours chasing. In the end they told me the code would come in 45-60 days gauranteed and not to worry.

Low and behold its never arrived. I then call Voda who tell me that Vodafone Advantage is a third party company. a theme that was also evident in all of my chats suggesting it was like a USwitch site.... I assure them that it is part of their website. But in the end after spending over an hour on the phone they tell me they cannot help. 

I find this insane that firstly they have no idea what Vodafone Advantage is but they cannot help. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved? My understanding was that it should of just been automated after I took out the package?

I would be cautious signing up on the strength of that deal as clearly nobody at Vodafone has any idea about it.

Thank you for your help! The forum post lets me know there are others with issues but there isn't any info on there what to do with the only contact us leading back to the chat I have already used. It is so frustrating 😔

Did you claim the voucher through Buyapowa Limited?

I never recieved the link to claim the voucher. I contacted Buyapowa via their contact email twice (the only way you can contact them) never got a response.
