Can't connect TV wirelessly

Since getting vodafone fibre, I can't connect my TV and PVR to the router. They connected fine with my previous ISP. It's not a password problem, as I've connected phones and tablets.

The TV and PVR are about two metres from the router, the other side of an old outside wall. The TV confirms a strong signal.

I get error message 006. Google tells me it's to do with the proxy, but these are respectively blank and 0, as recommended.

I 've searched this forum and it seems I'm not the only one with the problem, but the only solution seems to be an ethernet cable.

Here's the screens I get:

If you need to contact chat again, use this link, it bypasses Tobi.

This has been (sort of) resolved. I spent the best part of an hour on 'chat'. Once I got past TOBi (is he the progeny of that annoying windows paperclip?), I dealt with a real person. They downloaded some new firmware to the router and the TV now connects.

Now to try and sort out the PVR.

Many thanks for the TOBI bypass, bookmarked.
