Can you use a 3rd Party Wifi Booster without Pro Subscription?

Hi,

I currently have Vodafone Full Fibre 500. I do not pay for the Pro package.

However there are some areas in my house that are fairly poor in terms of the signal. I have purchased a VODAFONE GENIE 01 SUPER WIFI 6 BOOSTER from a third party thinking that I would be able to WPS link the device and it would work. However, the device doesn't want to pair with the router.

Surely you can use your own booster without upping the package to Pro given most of the features I neither want nor need?

Just wanted to update as maybe useful for anybody else in future. I have spoken to the Vodafone Broadband team to see if they could provision the router and add to my account. However they have informed me that the Vodafone Genie01 Wifi Booster is not compatible with the PowerHub, so I will be returning the Booster.
