I’ve been having multiple issues with my home broadband, whoever the agent that set up my account set it up at the wrong address and I’ve had to open a new account. Now I am being billed £250 for early contract termination fee even though I’m still using the service and I have phoned up customer services and they said I had to contact the complaints team. I’ve sent an electronic form online 10 days ago but no response, I’ve tried to call and been on hold for 2 hours each time but not got through to anyone. Can anyone help me get through to an agent!!
