Contract on somebody else's behalf

Can I take out a contract on my sister's behalf? She has bad credit and failed a credit check. I do not live at her address and I am with a different provider. Can I take out a contract for broadband at her address and be the bill payer?

I don't believe there is a restriction on opening a broadband account at a second address @wrv505. As long you have permission from your sister and are happy to take up the contract, this shouldn't be an issue.
