Hello, my agreement ends this month and I don’t want to pay anything else after that, I’ve got this message (Hello. Just to let you know, the minimum period for your mobile broadband contract ends on 20 June 2023. Your current plan for *phonenumber* is GBP60.58, which may include other services or discounts. Please note, your monthly cost is subject to any discounts expiring. You can choose to stay on this plan, upgrade to a new plan, move to SIM only, or switch to another provider. Head to vodafone.uk/options for more information about your charges, any discounts that apply, and to see our latest plans for you. It's possible you could get a better deal if you combine your services with us, or as a new customer elsewhere. If you're not the account owner, please let them know about this text. We hope you stay, and thanks for choosing Vodafone.) So I want to know if I have to do anything to stop paying after the end of agreement, thank you in advance.

Hey @CarlosZinzi If you're looking to cancel your mobile broadband, you'll need to provide your 30-days notice. This is something you have to give for all contracts. To do this, reach out to our dedicated Retentions team on 191 or 0333 304 191.

I’ve done that, the call sends me a message with a link that opens the bot chat, it says wait a few seconds and never loads

@CarlosZinzi If you've already tried to call them. You can contact our team via webchat. They'll be able to take your 30-days notice for your cancellation.

It's as simple as referring to the contract.  If you do nothing you'll stay on the contract, but on a rolling month and without any of the discounts you've seen during the initial contract (it'll get more expensive).  If that's the best type of broadband you can get, then you might want to look into the contract to see what happens to the router (if you leave would you need to return it).  If you don't then you may want to use that last month get an all-you-can-eat SIM-only deal and use that with the router - I don't think there's an all you can eat 5G plan that's as good as VF offers to its existing customers!
