Extending WiFi Range

Hello,

I need to extend my WiFI range as the WiFI comes into the house at the front upstairs room and does not reach the back rooms of the house.

I can easily run an ethernet cable to the back but I need to understand how I then create a wireless network / access point with this ethernet.

Any guidance would be much apprecaited.

Hi @joshuahume, what Vodafone broadband package do you have at the moment? We provide Wi-Fi Range extenders as part of our Pro Broadband package, but not stand alone.

You can pick up some great ones from various places and a little bit of research should help you find something that's suitable for you. 

I have my office upstairs in my loft and the router is all the way in my front room, so I use powerline adapters. 

Best if luck getting everything set up - hopefully another user will have some other great ideas on what might help 😊
