External Broadband Cable Protector

Hi, the small cover that protects the Vodafone broadband cable coming from street pavement to my garden has been damaged and the cable is now exposed to rain, animals etc. How can I get a replacement please?

Unless it is a health and safety issue. it is up to the ISP to report it to the service provider.
