Good evening
I'm trying to place an order/upgrade to full fibre however it's not showing as an option when I put my address details in.
When I do the same search on BT, Plusnet, EE etc they all say it is available.
Is there anything that can be done re this or do I just need to move to one of the other providers?
Thanks

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and give the sales team a call. Just make sure you don't get manoeuvred into taking something you don't want. It's a good idea to go in with all the info, so find out how much the competition intends to charge you.
FYI - this doesn't always work, it's why I'm now a BT customer rather than a VF customer. The offer I went with from BT was a personalised one, having enquired months previous and holding back, so it's likely VF would not have been able to price match on an offer they couldn't view.

Just go with someone who wants you, and get on with your life.
Trying to understand why Vodafone do what they do, is just not worth the effort.
