I am currently trying to purchase a monthly broadband, however, in the secure checkout stage I keep getting a prompt that states 'something isn't quite right with my personal details'. None of my information is incorrect as far as I am aware and even after clearing cache, cookies and history, the issue continues.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thanks @KitF Have you tried all of the following steps:
- Try a different device
- Try a different browser
- Double check your address in the Royal Mail postcode checker to ensure you are typing it the same as this is the format our system uses
- Make sure there are no extra spaces when typing in your postcode
- Manually typing your address instead of copy and pasting it or using the address finder tool
