I need below IPs to be white listed. Can somebody help please?

Vodafone don't block these, so why would they need whitelisting?

Yes I am in the UK. I have exam upcoming which will be invigilated online. Exam provider is requesting to have above on the whitelist

Vodafone don't block them, I've tried. Try browsing to them, if you can't get to them you have a problem somewhere else.

@Ripshod I tried 52.148.232.80 , yet another Microsoft NL machine, but it doesn't respond to ping nor trace route. Perhaps this is why it was thought to be blocked.
