So, there is a 2FA - second level - setup on my broadband account, and no problems getting the login accepted. You are then presented with a page to fill in the security code. I have 2 numbers for receiving this code, home landline, and mobile. No code received on either number and the same process tried on both laptop and mobile (which is on Voda network as well).
It has worked in the past but right now no joy.

It may be a temporary glitch.
If all your preferences settings are looking right then I'd suggest to use Live Chat or call 0333 3040191 or use the Vodafone Social Media Team's to double check.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache for the PC? This may be all that is needed to verify the security code.
