Lost 4G over past few weeks since the mast was under maintenance. Both phone and home board band sam

Lost 4G or signifant decrease and now unreliable. This has happened over past few weeks since the mast was under maintenance for a short time.

 

Both phone and home broadband have the same issue. Is it possible that the signal strength has been reduced through installation of new less capable equipment?

 

It worked fine for the past couple of years.. Can I expect this to change any time soon or should I be looking to change provider?

 15-70 Down

  20 Up

 

Current speeds

 2-11 Down (av 5)

 0.1 to 1.5 Up (av 1)

 

Phone shows H+ all the time instead of 4G. I have a vodafone cube on a different vida contract for the router.

Hi there @TL1 - Thank you for getting in touch. I understand how important it is to have a stable connection, especially now. In regards to your 4G could you complete our initial network checks please? 

So that we can look into your broadband issues, could you confirm if you are on Superfast, Gigafast or Pro Broadband?

Are you experiencing the broadband issues over wired and wireless connections?

I have a max unlimited 5g package with cube. I only get 4g but that was fine.

 

All of the checks have been made repeatedly. As far as Vodafone is concerned there are no issues.
