Lost number for 2fa

I had a number with Vodafone that was used as an option for 2FA on most apps and accounts. The number was then transferred over to another broadband company and then deactivated due to inactivity. The number now shows up as invalid. Is there a way to recover this number?

Hi @kibria00 We can sometimes recover an old number, dependent on the length of inactivity. However, this can only be done with if we were last network the number was with. In your case, I'd recommend speaking with the provider you moved the number to, so you can see if they can reconnect your number.
