Moving out, transfer account to housemate - what's the process?

Hi, 

 

I'm moving out of a shared house, but the other housemates are happy to continue with Vodafone. Is there a specific process to follow to achieve this?

Hi @Jon404 

 

You need to  do a transfer of ownership, scroll down to broadband account. See here Transferring your number and agreement 

 

Vodafone will do a credit check and providing the new owner is accepted, you will receive confirmation from Vodafone.
