I have recently signed up to a fibre broadband package with Vodafone, but I am unable to carry out speed tests or diagnostics, because my plan doesn’t show up on the broadband app or my Vodafone app, all that’s on the my Vodafone app is the landline and my mobile sim, contacted Vodafone but still no fix for it? Help please

Are you actually connected to Vodafone? i.e. is the broadband working?
Can you log into the account online with the email address you signed up with?

Yes broadband is working and I can login to the app, it’s the app that isn’t showing the broadband plan only landline and mobile plans
