Has anyone else had issues trying to change their surname through the online form. I’ve submitted it three times, spoken to customer services twice about it and it still hasn’t been processed. Customer services are telling me to submit the form again but that they cannot contact the back end team that do the change. They also cannot tell me what’s happened to my personal data that I’ve submitted on the forms that haven’t been processed. Being told I have to go into a store to get this sorted, but it’s been an entirely online service I’ve used and I don’t understand why the inconvenience is on me to have to travel miles to the nearest store to sort it out
