Hello, I have recently joined Vodafone broadband and ever since I’ve had serious issues with the streaming quality on Netflix. Pixelated and streaming at 0.93mbps. This is across ALL devices utilising the internet connection. I know it’s not a bandwidth issue as Amazon, Disney+, YouTube streams in 4K/Dolby Vision without a problem. Netflix settings also checked and is set to stream on highest quality.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it a known issue with Vodafone & Netflix?

There have been no reports (that I can remember) of problems streaming Netflix.
As you say. if the other streaming services are working, it's not a bandwidth problem.
No help solving the problem I know, but you can rule out it being a known problem.

Are the devices you've tested connect over WiFi? Could be a channel collision with neighbours. Not a lot you can do about that as you have no real control over which channel the router uses - other than directly after a reset without an Internet connection, or repeated reboots hoping for a channel change.

Hi, this is with devices over WiFi and Ethernet directly in to the router. Same result both ways.

That's the WiFi eliminated.
Run a speedtest to a local server, a ping to netflix.com and a traceroute to netflix.com, and share the results with us.

I'm not entirely sure pings will identify the problem, but yes the figures may be helpful.
When streaming it's unlikely the data will be coming directly from Netflix itself, more likely a local CDN (content delivery network) and that may be where the problem lies.

No problem. Please see attached screenshots. Will not ping netflix.com at all and trace route also times out. Just for reference, I have tried this with the Vodafone Supplied router and my TP-Link Archer and both the same result.

Wow, really interested to see your pictures, once they have been moderated.
I tried it myself, and it doesn't look like it is set to respond to ping's, but I don't understand why ping and tracert resolve to different addresses?

That’s exactly what mine does except ping and tracert both resolve to the 3.251.50.149 address

Welcome to the Surrey Quays gateway. Stating the obvious, netflix seems unreachable from your connection.
Could you repeat the ping test for bbc.com ?
