I haven’t used my laptop for over 12 months and I’m not able to connect to the WiFi. It is asking for my Network Security Key which I haven’t a clue which one it is on the bottom of the router.
There are all sorts of codes and passwords etc, but none of them say Security Key. I tried putting two different ones in on my laptop where it is asking for it, but it says it’s not them. I’ve pressed the WPS loads of times but it does nothing.
live never had so many problems with connecting issues, speed and other problems since I joined them in October.
