No internet after fire in the basement

This morning some “people” set off firecrackers in the basement of our apartment building. After freezing around outside for ages we went back in and since then there has been no WiFi. Who should I contact? And who pays Thank you very much and Merry Christmas (please ignore my typos, I'm a bit stressed)

Hey @colukgo2 I am so sorry to hear that happened. I can certainly appreciate the upset, stress and frustration this will have caused. If the internet is supplied with your apartment, rather than a service you had personally installed, the building owner/ manager will need to contact us directly so we can look into this.
