We are experiencing issues with our customers trying to access the site when they are using your servers. 

We have a team who scans the our website regularly for any malware or malicious code - all of which are clear! We also have our own firewall to protect the site

Hey @tc_hub I hope you are doing well! I've run some checks on your site and it is flagged by several security vendors as 'Malicious' due to it containing 'malware'. You can check this for yourself here. We would need the site to be clear of any and all flags before we can raise a reclassification case.
