I've just upgraded to Pro2 100 broadband and have jus noticed that my Panasonic TV (TX-40HX800B) is unable to acquire IP from Pro 2 router. The WiFi authentication works but no IP/gateway/DNS is served. This worked fine on the Vodafone hub I've just upgraded from. I've tried setting the new router to "compatibility mode" and this makes no difference. Every other device in the house connects fine. I have one router and one booster. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?

Ok. Fixed this by statically configuring the TV IP, DNS and Gateway settings. Logged into the router directly by pointing my browser at 192.168.1.1. Selected "Expert Settings". Looked for the DHCP range to see if there was any space available for static addresses. There is. The DHCP range goes up to 192.168.1.200, so there's space above 200 that can be used for static devices without risking an IP conflict. Don't go higher than about 250. I went with 192.168.1.222 because it's quick to type in three 2's with a TV remote. Then I used my laptop to look up the DNS and Gateway settings it had been issued by the router via DHCP by going to the command prompt and entering ipconfig /all. Turns out both of these are the hub address 192.168.1.1.
Then manually entered these into my TV.
IP address: 192.168.1.222
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
DNS: 192.168.1.1
Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1
And now it's all working.
Vodafone support - This fix is way beyond most people - please fix your DHCP server. My TV worked fine with my old Vodafone router.

If all your other devices are working, I doubt there is anything wrong with the DHCP server in the router.

I've always put the TV and Printer as static IP on the LAN. It saves a load of problems.

Great help, trying to setup my tv, but it’s asking for DNS1 DNS2 and a prefix which has got me bamboozled. Any ideas?

For DNS1 enter the ip of your router (192.168.1.1 by default), ignore DNS2 and prefix "24" or "/24".
Prefix could also be in the form 192.168.1.0/24

Thanks, still not connecting. I assume my gateway is the same 192.168.1.1
I’ve setup the static IP as 192.168.1.222 on the router and the tv is confirming this.

@mattatkinson I have a TV from the same range and have just looked at the current setting and one thing I thought of is which encryption are you on, mine is WPA2-PSK.
Didn't see @Ripshod earlier comment, so this may not apply.
