Ported out my mobile number and now I have no access to my broadband account?

I had Broadband, landline and a pay monthly mobile with Vodafone.

I have ported out my mobile number to another network.

(It was not part of my broadband deal, pricing or package)

My online account is showing as closed with no active plans and I can no longer view my landline or broadband account?

Turns out that I was logging in to the wrong online account! 👀
